I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership. Together, we’ll explore what matters most to you — your motivations, challenges, and overall well-being — in a space that feels safe, supportive, and non-judgmental.
I’m a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Toronto, and I hold certifications in sex therapy and couples counselling. Over the past two decades, I’ve worked extensively in post-secondary settings, supporting young adults and adults as they navigate life transitions, relationships, and mental health challenges.
In my practice, I work with individuals and couples across the adult lifespan, as well as with teenagers preparing to transition from high school to post-secondary life. I understand how these periods of change can bring both excitement and uncertainty, and I strive to help clients develop the insight, communication skills, and confidence they need to move forward with clarity and self-compassion.
My approach is human-centred and culturally sensitive, shaped by my lived experience as a racialized male therapist. I bring curiosity, empathy, and humility into each session, recognizing that every person’s story is unique and influenced by their cultural and social context. My work is client-centered and collaborative, blending a range of therapeutic techniques to meet your individual needs.
Above all, I believe that meaningful growth begins with a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship — one built on openness, compassion, and respect.
